Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator in France. This role blends hands-on operational coordination with systems management, documentation, data organization, and process optimization to support onboarding, HR, and talent operations.

You’ll work across multiple People tools while exploring AI gains, in a distributed, ambitious team. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across locations and time zones, taking ownership of processes and continuously improving the employee

Qualifications

Experience in People Operations or HR operations.
Experience with onboarding, recruiting, or broader People teams.
Experience using AI to improve efficiency, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Improve onboarding experiences with clear, up-to-date processes.
Coordinate operational activities for new joiners.
Update and maintain internal People resources and onboarding documentation (Notion).
Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates and reports.
Maintain accurate People data across systems and records.
Help optimize AI and digital tools to boost efficiency.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve employee experience.
Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment, and onboarding stakeholders.
