Lever, Inc. is seeking a HR Operations Specialist who speaks German and works remotely from France to support HR activities across Europe. You will manage onboarding, employee changes, and day-to-day HR administration while ensuring compliance and accurate processes for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or similar client-facing HR role.
• Fluent English and German, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Support HR operations across multiple European countries, onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Handle HR queries with accurate, customer-focused solutions.
• Apply country-specific requirements to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners.
• Identify risks and escalate complex matters to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and HR reporting across jurisdictions.
