IXO is seeking private-equity associates with consumer, leisure or multi-site services experience for a paid remote modeling assignment. The work combines an independently built transaction model with a structured assessment of other practitioners' approaches to the same case.

You will start with a synthetic deal document pack and construct the financial model in Excel without relying on a supplied template.

Qualifications

• Two to four years total experience, with around two years in investment banking and one to two years in mid-market or large-cap private equity.
• Experience in consumer, retail or generalist M&A

Responsabilités

• Construct the financial model in Excel from synthetic deal materials with active formulas and traceable references.
• Submit an editable workbook with visible assumptions and source references.
• Assess two anonymized peer models using the provided criteria and complete a scorecard for each, plus a concise written assessment.
