Qualifications

• Professional experience in financial modeling, valuation or transaction execution.
• Able to explain judgment calls behind work.
• Clear written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build a three-statement model and LBO analysis from company filings.
• Review comparable-company and precedent-transaction analyses and justify adjustments.
• Evaluate draft memoranda and pitch materials against senior banker standards and record scoring rationale.
