Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack and peer-review models from two other contractors on the same transaction.

You'll deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions, and provide a concise rationale and scorecard for each peer-reviewed model in a rigorous, deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with consumer/leisure focus.
• Paris office experience or French deal experience preferred.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template.
• English-speaking required.

• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against criteria with a written rationale and scorecard.
