Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in finance, with ~2 years in investment banking.
• 1–2 years in infrastructure private equity.
• Experience in infrastructure, power & utilities, or real-estate/TMT M&A.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Build an infrastructure transaction model from source documents independently.
• Structure the workbook with clear links to source information and explicit assumptions.
• Review two anonymized peer models and explain the scoring in a short rationale.
• Deliver the Excel file in editable form with functioning formulas.
