Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) to guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment.

This remote, contract role supports patients from purchase through telehealth scheduling and impression kit completion. You will handle a high-volume caseload, communicate via phone, SMS, and email, and coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams while protecting patient privacy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer/patient support or related role.
• Ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations and manage billing issues.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and handoff to manufacturing.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients and prioritize daily activities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and timely.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA requirements and procedures.
