Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a patient-focused customer support contractor for a long-term remote role. You will manage the onboarding journey for patients undergoing at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, coordinating telehealth scheduling, kit delivery/return, and handoff to manufacturing.

You will handle a caseload of 100+ patients, balancing proactive outreach with documentation, while collaborating with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and keep

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer/patient support or related roles.
• Experience de-escalating challenging interactions, including cancellations and billing concerns.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume caseload with consistent follow-up.
• Excellent written and spoken English suitable for phone, SMS, and email
• Attention to detail and disciplined documentation of customer/patient information
• Empathetic, patient-first communication style under pressure
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams
• HIPAA familiarity or experience with sensitive health information preferred

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit return.
• Manage caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound communications within SLAs and proactively contact patients.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide completion and return of impression kits and coordinate re-dos if needed.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns with empathy and escalation as needed.
• Route clinical questions to the appropriate team.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA requirements.
• Identify recurring feedback and communicate insights to leadership.
• Deliver contracted services professionally according to timelines and guidelines.
