Accor is seeking a Strategic Commercial & Operational Manager to join our Global Sales team and drive OTA/CTO distribution strategy worldwide. You’ll shape how Accor collaborates with its key distribution partners and work across Sales, Tech, Data, Legal, and Revenue to execute the strategy.

You will manage partner relationships, optimize processes, and stay ahead of industry trends, with fluent English and French required, and remote‑friendly options enabling hybrid collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in e‑commerce, distribution, sales, or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of the OTA ecosystem and hospitality tech landscape.
• Proven ability to manage partners and stakeholders across functions.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Drive the operational implementation of the strategy defined with Account Managers.
• Own and elevate relationships with OTA/CTO partners and hubs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tech, Data, Legal, and Revenue teams.
• Optimize performance through data‑driven decisions and smarter processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and shape digital distribution strategies.
• Lead the operational relationship with OTA/CTO accounts.
