Accor is seeking a Senior Director OTA Account Management & Business Development to design and execute the distribution strategy toward OTAs. You will farm strategic OTAs, grow partnerships, and drive topline revenue for Accor properties, collaborating with hotels, clients, and partners.

You will lead the OTA KAM & SAM teams, negotiate commercial and legal terms, and coordinate quarterly business reviews with sales and technical units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Online Travel Agencies and travel tech.
• Strong negotiation skills across global, multi-interlocutor contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data analytics mindset to challenge KPIs and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the Accor OTA distribution strategy.
• Farm strategic and key OTAs and grow partnerships for topline revenue.
• Lead the OTA KAM & SAM teams and drive quarterly business reviews.
