Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist based in France to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, travel, events and internal systems in a remote-first, internationally distributed environment.

You will own documentation, contracts and onboarding, while identifying process improvements and building workflow automations to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Ops, Finance Ops, or equivalent.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation and HR admin.
• Hands-on payroll coordination, contractor payments, expenses and financial administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating travel, events and logistics.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Autonomy with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including contracts, onboarding, role changes, payroll updates and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, addendums, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, expenses and approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Manage travel arrangements, events, venues, suppliers and logistics.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee information, leave, travel and contracts.
• Develop workflow automations to reduce manual data entry and errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to keep operations coordinated.
