Lever, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager - Token Factory based in France to build the operational framework connecting sales, delivery, engineering and customer success across the customer lifecycle.

You will optimize PoC to production transitions, document complex processes, and own health and renewal tracking while partnering with global teams to reduce risks and drive automation across CRM and project tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud, AI, SaaS operations or similar tech environments.
• Ability to work across Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Delivery and Customer Success.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with a structured approach.
• Proactive in identifying risks, improving processes and driving execution.
• Clear communication with technical teams without coding.
• Experience with operational tooling and CRM or ticketing systems is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operational processes across PoC and production customers.
• Ensure smooth transitions from PoC to production with preserved context across teams.
• Define and maintain documentation for complex operational scenarios, including migrations, model changes, GPU type changes, and contract renewals.
• Define and improve upsell processes, including new PoCs for existing customers, and transitions into production.
