IXO is seeking experienced educators to assess AI-generated instruction and improve learner outcomes. You will design teaching problems, evaluate explanations and identify misconceptions.

This remote role pays $35–$90 per hour (USD). It involves reviewing explanations, lessons and assessments and aligning work with your teaching experience in tutoring, instructional design or education technology.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in teaching, tutoring or instructional design is required.
• Assignments are aligned to the subjects and age groups you have actually taught; broad teaching experience does not imply qualification for every subject.
• Bring clear writing and the ability to explain where a learner is likely to struggle.
• Flag ambiguous instructions and distinguish a teaching preference from a genuine instructional defect.

Responsabilités

• Build a teaching problem with a learner level, relevant constraint and common misconception, then write its reference answer.
• Review explanations, worked examples, lessons and assessments for correctness and learning value.
• Identify material that is factually correct but too advanced, poorly sequenced or likely to reinforce a misconception.
• Explain whether an assessment tests the skill or knowledge it claims to measure.
