Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions for new members.
• Guide users through the platform, explain features, and suggest relevant trainings.
• Encourage engagement by motivating users to explore resources and book sessions.
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact, providing timely guidance and support.
• Adapt communication to individual learning preferences and challenges.
• Identify onboarding barriers and share feedback to improve the experience.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and member satisfaction.
