Job summary

360Learning seeks a Trainer to empower clients to master the Collaborative Learning platform within the Professional Services team. You’ll drive engagement through the One-to-Many Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars, ensuring clients build scalable learning ecosystems from day one.

Work remotely from anywhere in France, collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to address client friction and needs while growing coaching and teaching capabilities across languages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care.
• Excellent writing skills in multiple styles/tones with flawless spelling and grammar in English, French, and German.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities with clear, concise communication in both written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Within 1 month: master platform UX and Collaborative Learning methodology; become platform expert and get certified.
• Within 3 months: host Stadium webinars; update Engagement Academy with product releases; set quarterly priorities with coach.
• Within 6 months: lead a project to improve One-to-Many strategy; participate in Discovery Meetings with Product Managers.
• Within 12 months: onboard and mentor new Trainers; own a recurring team pillar; develop advanced training paths.
