Job summary

Octopush is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to help users with daily questions about our services, features, and integrations. You will review accounts for compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy and assist across time zones.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls in French, English, and Spanish, emailing and chatting with customers, improving our knowledge base in French and English, and supporting Sales and Marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in French and English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Availability to work standard business hours (Paris time).
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls in French, English, and Spanish.
• Manage customer support via email and internal chat.
• Monitor spam and account compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy.
• Improve knowledge base with FAQs, quick guides, and how-to articles.
