Job summary

Octopush is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to help users with daily questions about our services, features, and integrations. You will review accounts for compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy and assist across time zones.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls in French, English, and Spanish, emailing and chatting with customers, improving our knowledge base in French and English, and supporting Sales and Marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in French and English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Availability to work standard business hours (Paris time).
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Job description

We are looking for smart, customer-focused individuals to help our users with daily issues by answering questions about our services, features, and integrations. You will also review customer accounts to ensure they comply with our Anti-Spam Policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls in French, English, and Spanish (approximately 25 calls per day).
• Manage customer support in French, English, and Spanish via email and internal chat (approximately 15 tickets per day).
• Monitor and control spam, phishing, new signups, and new SMS campaigns using our backend tool.
• Improve our knowledge base by creating content (FAQs, quick guides, and how-to articles) in French and English.
• Support other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is a significant advantage).
• Experience in customer support (preferred but not required).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (Paris time, GMT+2).
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries.
• Interest in the internet and marketing.
• Ability to comfortably interact with a wide variety of customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated: you don't need someone to tell you what to do.
• You are a master of multitasking.
• You have the ability to build personal connections and explore customer needs while efficiently navigating resources to resolve inquiries quickly.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
