CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives in Paris to support a world-leading Search Engine project. If you are a natural problem-solver and fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch, we want you on our team!

Your role involves assisting users with technical queries and providing clear, friendly support. Offers include a structured compensation package with a base salary and performance bonuses.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience.
• Comfortable with change, open to continuous feedback, and eager to learn.

Are you a natural problem-solver who loves tech? Do you speak French, Italian, German, or Dutch? We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to support a world-leading Search Engine project.

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week

Compensation & Perks

We value your hard work and offer a structured, rewarding compensation package:

• Base Salary 1,100€ 14 times per year
• Performance Bonus 135€ 14 times per year
• Attendance Bonus 120€ 11 times per year
