AIRS Medical is looking for a Technical Implementation & Customer Support Engineer to deploy SwiftMR on VMs or gateway PCs and integrate with MRI systems and PACS. You will configure TCP/IP and DICOM networking and provide expert client support.

This remote role includes documenting processes, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating integrations with potential customers, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical or application support role in healthcare IT.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP and DICOM networking.
• Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software; PACS support is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluent in English, Italian and French (B1).
• Pro-active team player.

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy SwiftMR on VMs or gateway PCs.
• Integrate SwiftMR with MRI systems and PACS; manage DICOM configurations.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP and DICOM networking issues.
• Manage cloud-based SwiftMR operations for healthcare facilities.
• Provide application support and resolve client issues.
• Develop and maintain implementation and troubleshooting documentation.
• Coordinate SwiftMR integrations with prospective customers.
