AIRS Medical is seeking a technically skilled professional to deploy and integrate SwiftMR across MRI systems and PACS, ensuring secure data flow. You will troubleshoot TCP/IP and DICOM networking, support cloud operations, and deliver client-focused assistance.

Remote role with occasional travel, 1+ year healthcare IT support experience, fluent in English, Italian and French (B1). Onboarding gifts and training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
• Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software, with PACS support experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Italian and French (B1).

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines and gateway PCs.
• Deploy SwiftMR and integrate with MRI systems and PACS; manage DICOM configurations.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP and DICOM networking to ensure data transmission.
• Manage cloud-based operations for secure, reliable performance.
• Provide application support and resolve client issues; create guides.
• Coordinate SwiftMR integrations with potential customers.
