Job summary

STATION F / Joko seeks a multi-skilled Legal Counsel to support growth and international expansion. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will draft and review commercial and employment contracts, ensure GDPR compliance through privacy-by-design, and manage corporate events including board meetings and cap table activities.

We require a Master’s degree in private law from a Tier 1 university, 2–5 years’ experience, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in private law from a Tier 1 university.
• 2–5 years of experience, ideally in a top-tier law firm.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial and employment contracts.
• Ensuring GDPR compliance through privacy-by-design.
• Managing corporate law events (board meetings, cap table management).
• Overseeing intellectual property procedures and supporting international expansion.
