Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a technically curious support professional to own merchant onboarding, configure payments, and validate integrations for Go-Live readiness. You will troubleshoot APIs, analyze incidents, and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues across international merchants.

You will work remotely within an agile team, using Postman and Grafana to ensure reliable platform performance and merchant success, with growth toward senior SRE or engineering roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in L2/L3 technical support, fintech, crypto, payments, or related tech.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring to trace transaction errors.
• Knows client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Comfortable using Postman to validate API requests and responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with root-cause focus.
• Detail-oriented with precision in configurations and production environments.
• Proactive ownership of merchant issues and timely resolutions.
• Able to learn quickly new docs, systems, workflows, and product requirements.
• Calm and effective under pressure; capable of fast incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding by configuring integrations, routing, and payment methods across PSP and on/off-ramp solutions.
• Manage API access and environments; issue API keys and ensure production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents via JSON payloads, SQL, logs, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across technical systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Provide clear escalations to Engineering when deeper fixes are needed.
• Support final verification and production readiness before merchant go-live.
• Communicate technical findings to international merchants and internal teams.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation throughout troubleshooting.
• Own issues through resolution with accuracy, speed, and reliability.
