Checkout.com’s ProcessOut division is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join the Merchant Experience team. You will guide merchants through integration and help them go-live with the ProcessOut platform, ensuring reliable and scalable deployments.

You must be technically savvy, customer-driven and able to debug REST APIs and log files while collaborating with internal teams to deliver world-class guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS platforms and web services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Ability to read logs, debug issues and provide actionable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation.
• Plan and manage merchant implementation projects.
• Answer integration questions including configuration, debugging, documentation and go-live support.
• Manage incidents related to integration including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation and reporting.
• Collaborate with account managers and other teams to ensure smooth deployments.
