Job summary

Alan, the health insurance pioneer, is seeking graduates to join the Insurance Graduate Program and contribute to health, prevention, and care initiatives across multiple geographies. You will explore streams from enterprise deals to product lifecycle, work with data, analytics, strategy, and engineering, and gain hands-on experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Have first experience in actuarial/insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative or product topics.
• Have a scientific background (statistics, engineering, actuarial science).
• Are excited about growing in a fast-paced environment on multidisciplinary topics involving technical, data, regulatory, product and business questions related to health and prévoyance insurance.
• Are comfortable with SQL or willing to learn.
• Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style.
• Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching.
• Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo.
• Have strong written communication skills.
• Are fluent in both French and English (Alan’s working language).

Responsibilities

• Join streams across Enterprise/Public Sector, insurance product, analytics, and reinsurance to help structure offers and manage the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Data, Strategy and Finance to deliver impactful projects.
• Grow technically and commercially through day‑1 impact and visibility.
