Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and seeks a Product Builder to lead Sales AI initiatives. You will define a clear product strategy, own the roadmap, and work closely with design, engineering and sales to ship impactful features.

You’ll be hands-on near the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs while aligning with sales and insurance domains to deliver sharper offers and faster selling.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a product role in a fast-paced environment, ideally with AI or agentic products.
• Genuine excitement for AI and LLM-based systems in production.
• Hands-on near the engine room: prompts, connectors, skills, evaluation.
• Willingness to sit with a sales/insurance audience to learn terms and guarantees.
• Strong execution: set goals, prioritize, ship iteratively.
• Ability to translate between platform/engineering constraints and sales needs.
• Experience building influence without full authority.
• Excellent written communication in internal/external settings.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Reinvent the sales workflow from siloed AI tools to proactive AI guidance in the reps' workflow.
• Build and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation.
• Stay hands-on near the engine room, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs.
• Empower faster selling by integrating offers, content, and market signals.
• Keep the overall experience coherent across adjacent AI teams.
• Drive outcomes by increasing offer relevance, win rate, and pipeline quality.
