Job summary

Alan in France is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our Insurance Team and help price, design and manage innovative products for large corporate clients and public institutions.

You will partner with sales to develop compelling proposals, act as a trusted technical advisor, ensure regulatory compliance, and build scalable tools to empower our teams across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada.

Qualifications

• Navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance.
• 2 years of experience in Health and/or Prevoyance Insurance is a plus but not required.
• Analytical and structured with a fact-based decision-making approach.
• Bring technical expertise in a business-centric context.

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights.
• Design insurance products meeting member needs and regulatory requirements.

• 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required.
• are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision‑making style.

• are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo.
• approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.

• are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (Alan’s working language).

For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-F level range.
