Qualifications

• You have built things people kept using with no-code, low-code or AI tools.
• You understand AI-enabled workflows and how to integrate them into operations.
• You are drawn to regulated work and want to learn the domain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build the compliance product to scale regulatory work, with clear owner mapping.
• Redesign processes end-to-end to speed operations and adoption.
• Create automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce repetitive work and improve decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks early and design solutions that keep compliance fast.
• Measure adoption and impact of shipped changes to drive continuous improvement.
