Alan’s Operations team in Lyon is seeking an Operations Coordinator to run core processes in insurance and health services, with a mix of invoicing, claims processing, and provider management.

You will work across pools, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams, and drive continuous improvement while delivering delightful, efficient service to our members and partner companies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating processes and services for scale-up companies.
• Experience in support functions or customer-facing roles.
• Customer-facing commercial experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French or Dutch.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Run processes like invoicing or claims processing.
• Grow and manage provider network and relationships.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and SLAs, flag risks.
• Participate in partnerships, negotiations and daily communication.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
• Support product teams to automate processes and improve workflows.
