Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and HIPAA.
• Able to work across clinical, IT and administrative domains.
• Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to evaluating complex information.
• Clear and precise written communicator.
• No prior AI or tech experience required — healthcare expertise matters.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI outputs related to hospital data governance for accuracy.
• Review AI reasoning around HIPAA, data quality, and clinical workflows.
• Identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in how AI models handle sensitive health data.
