Alignerr is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help build and evaluate datasets and evaluation frameworks for AI systems, focusing on security policy, compliance programs, and risk management.

This is a fully remote hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and the chance to shape how frontier AI reasons about governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security.
• Familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar.
• Comfort reading and evaluating policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and compliance procedures to evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Classify and assess compliance scenarios involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar frameworks.
• Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data to help AI reason about GRC topics.
• Provide structured, precise written feedback on AI outputs across risk and compliance scenarios.
