Alignerr is seeking a Health Policy & Management - AI Data Trainer to join our remote team. Masters in Public Health graduates will design complex public health scenarios and evaluate AI models for accuracy and ethics.

You will author ground-truth solutions based on peer-reviewed research and global health guidelines, audit AI recommendations for bias, and help models communicate risk to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in MPH or related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core pillars: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Analytical writing: translate complex health data into clear information.
• Attention to detail: precision in statistics, data citations, and health interventions.
• No AI experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop complex public health scenarios with disease outbreak simulations and health equity assessments.
• Author ground-truth solutions from peer‑reviewed research and current guidelines (CDC/WHO).
• Technical auditing of AI-generated health advice for accuracy, bias, and ethics.
• Refine reasoning to help models communicate risks to diverse populations.
