Jobgether SRL in France is seeking an Expert Team Lead, Medicine to oversee a team producing high-quality training data and evaluations for AI systems. You will combine medical expertise with leadership, quality assurance, and scalable data operations.

You will coach AI Tutors, manage performance, and partner with Human Data and Engineering teams to translate model requirements into labeling strategies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or a clinical discipline; MPH/MHA acceptable.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects and review medical-domain work.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors with regular reviews.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Maintain QA processes, taxonomy management, and adherence to guidelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Track KPIs for quality, throughput, and send-back rates.
• Collaborate with Human Data, Team Leads, and Engineering to translate requirements into data strategies.
• Develop talent while maintaining accountability and a high-performance culture.
• Document outcomes and communicate risks and results.
• Represent needs of AI Tutors and foster cross-functional collaboration.
