Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. You will analyze DLP scenarios, classify data sensitivity, and review prevention and response strategies for accuracy.

This role involves generating and validating data security cases used to train AI models, with a focus on real-world data exposure and risk assessment. The position is remote, hourly contract, offering flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and freelance perks like

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Understanding of how sensitive data is exposed, detected, and protected in real environments.
• Ability to think critically about risk scenarios and communicate findings clearly.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks.
