Jobgether is seeking a Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Growth Manager based in France. You will own inbound marketing and paid campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads, online sales, and repeat revenue across a broad product range.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, analytics, and testing to optimise revenue and customer acquisition. Fully remote, full-time with significant ownership of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, inbound marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of generating measurable online revenue and/or qualified B2B leads through digital marketing.
• Strong practical experience across SEO, AEO, GEO, content strategy, and search‑intent optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimise sales‑focused landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads, Google Shopping, remarketing, and performance‑focused paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce conversion‑rate optimisation and the customer journey from acquisition through purchase and repeat ordering.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, segmentation, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, advertising platforms, and CRM data.
• Experience managing large product catalogues or businesses with multiple SKUs is highly desirable.
• Excellent written English and strong commercially focused copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, launch initiatives, analyse results, and continuously improve performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop inbound marketing strategy to generate qualified B2B enquiries, quotes, bulk orders, and online sales.
• Build targeted campaigns and lead-generation funnels for industries and segments.
• Partner with sales to track leads from enquiry to conversion and improve lead quality.
• Own organic search strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO; conduct keyword research and analysis.
• Optimise product, category, and location pages to improve rankings and visibility.
• Create high-converting landing pages for retail, wholesale, and corporate audiences.
• Improve CTAs, forms, checkout journeys, and other conversion points via testing.
• Manage e-commerce platform content, pricing, stock, promotions, and customer journeys.
• Develop strategies to increase average order value and repeat revenue.
