DiliTrust is hiring a senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across France and international offices. You will architect sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales, Corporate, and Engineering, partner with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality candidates with a superb experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience hiring across multiple countries.
• Fluent in English and French; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Dilitrust offices (FR + International).
• Develop sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to align needs and timelines.
• Improve processes, tooling (ATS) and candidate experience.
• Coach candidates through the recruitment process.
