Petit Forestier Group is seeking an International HR Coordinator to oversee payroll coordination, HR administration, and mobility support across European entities from its Villepinte campus HQ. The role requires robust HRIS experience, notably Workday, and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

You will collaborate with local HR teams and Group Treasury to ensure accurate payroll processing, timely salary payments, and compliant HR data management across countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with HR data, reporting and HR metrics.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills across countries.
• Able to handle confidential HR information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international payroll activities across entities.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and support local HR teams.
• Assist mobility and expatriate benefits administration.
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding across Europe.
• Contribute to HR projects and regional coordination.
• Prepare regional HR follow-up materials and reporting.
