Alan is hiring a Software Engineer to build an AI‑native internal platform used daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action. You will design and ship intelligent agents that automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment across our global teams.

The role focuses on deploying LLMs in production, defining scalable patterns for AI‑driven work, and collaborating with product, design, security and leadership to amplify our culture through software.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend or full‑stack development, with modern web technologies.
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, agents and retrieval systems inside product.
• Comfortable building in fast‑moving environments with evolving abstractions.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C# or similar OOP languages and web tech.
• Fluent English; French language a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build the AI‑powered internal platform used daily by Alaners to navigate and act.
• Design and ship AI‑native tools that automate organizational workflows.
• Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning and automation.
• Define primitives and patterns for AI‑native work across teams and countries.
