Alan is hiring for the Ops AI Platform team. We’re building an autonomous AI agent platform that integrates with internal tools and scales to thousands of tasks daily.

You’ll shape architecture, product, and the foundation from ground zero, influencing the engineering culture and driving high-impact outcomes. You’ll join a team at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering, building state-of-the-art AI systems for operational excellence while mentoring teammates and contributing

Qualifications

• Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems for operations.
• Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering.
• Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML DevOps is a big plus.
• Product-minded, self-directed, collaborative, and eager to mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures.
• Implement new capabilities for AI agents and tooling to enable ops autonomy.
• Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks daily.
• Influence system architecture and code quality; contribute to product and engineering culture.
• Help build the team, including participating in hiring.
