Alan is hiring a software engineer to join the Support Area, building scalable customer service tooling and AI-assisted workflows for 1M+ members. You will shape how humans and AI collaborate, creating the control surfaces that guide AI actions and empower care experts.

You will work with a team using React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL, in a hybrid setting that values in-person collaboration while offering remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building scalable software systems.
• Full-stack experience across backend and frontend.
• Proactive, collaborative engineer who loves solving hard problems.

• Build infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members and professionals.
• Collaborate with product, care, and design teams to shape features from idea to deployment.
• Own features end-to-end and mentor others where appropriate.
