CloudPay France is seeking a French Payroll Administrator to join our French Operations team. You will work with experienced payroll specialists to ensure accurate and compliant French payroll processing, DSN reporting, and statutory declarations for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• : Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
• : Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• : Minimum of experience as a payroll administrator or in payroll processing; training is provided.
• : Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
• : Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to details.

Responsabilités

• : Prepare and submit departure documents, including the DSN Termination Declaration.
• : Follow-up of DSN end-of-contract knockout returns and resolution progress with the Payroll and Implementation team
• : Prepare and submit DSN declarations of sick leave
• : Follow up on DSN sick leave and declaration of incapacity for work to social insurance
• : Assist the payroll team with payroll processing when volumes are high
• : Update the Net Entreprise reporting portal with registrants and access
• : Perform quarterly reconciliations between SAGE and CloudPay G2N report
• : Support day-to-day tasks of FR operations
• : Assist with payroll reports and gender pay gap
• : Follow up on sending DIGIPOSTE pay slips
