CloudPay is seeking a French Payroll Administrator to join our France Operations. You will work alongside experienced payroll specialists to deliver accurate, compliant payroll services for French clients, handling DSN declarations and statutory reporting while ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum experience as a payroll administrator or in payroll processing; training is provided.
• Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
• Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to details.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit DSN-related payroll declarations and documents.
• Follow‑up DSN end‑of‑contract knockout returns and resolve issues with Payroll/Implementation teams.
• Handle DSN declarations of sick leave.
• Monitor DSN sick leave, follow‑ups, and declarations of incapacity for certain clients.
• Support the payroll team during high-volume periods.
• Update Net Entreprise portal with registrants and access authorisations.
• Perform quarterly reconciliations between SAGE payroll and Cloudpay G2N reports.
• Assist FR operations with day‑to‑day tasks and payroll reports.
• Contribute to gender pay gap analyses and other reporting tasks.
• Distribute and send DIGIPOSTE pay slips.
