FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist French-speaking customers from anywhere in Greece. This fully remote role allows you to represent renowned brands while providing top-notch service via phone, email, or chat.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in both French (C2) and English (B2+). A competitive salary of €1,300 gross/month plus bonuses and full support for relocation are offered.

Qualifications

• C2 level French and good B2+ English is mandatory.
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
• EU Passport or valid Greek work permit required.

Responsabilités

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
