Jobgether SRL is seeking a FinOps Lead based in France to align cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth. You will translate usage into financial insights, collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Product, and drive cost optimization and forecasting to enable scalable, profitable growth.

You will partner with Technology and Product leadership to provide governance, modelling, and strategic input on pricing, margins, and investment decisions in a fast-growing tech

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience understanding, monitoring, and optimizing infrastructure spending across public cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of FinOps principles and practices, including cost allocation, tagging, and unit economics.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear financial insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud billing data and analytical tools to identify spending patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or relevant cost-management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies, tagging frameworks, and dashboards.
• Identify optimization opportunities through rightsizing and commitment management; establish alerts and reviews.
• Connect infrastructure spending to revenue and gross margin with Finance teams.
• Own rolling forecasts for cloud infrastructure costs considering growth and usage patterns.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to assess financial impact of new products and features.
• Model how costs evolve with usage and growth scenarios for scalability assessments.
• Build pre-launch cost models and contribute to pricing and profitability assessments.
• Provide leadership with a view of resource allocation and fully loaded costs across initiatives.
• Maintain time-tracking and documentation for eligible R&D projects and grants.
