Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Financial Controller Lead in France. You will steer financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to optimize profitability and provide strategic insights. You will lead cross-functional finance partnerships, build scalable processes, and support executive decision-making with robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years in business controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance in tech.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive financial decisions.
Develop robust financial models for initiatives, pricing, and expansion.
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
Design executive dashboards and reports covering revenue, costs, and cash flow.
Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and controls.
Support international expansion with due diligence and strategic analyses.
