Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer to support electro-mechanical systems across France, with main focus in Île-de-France and Paris region. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and installations, travel frequently (~60–80%), and collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Proactive problem solving and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent technical diploma.
2–4 years of proven field service experience.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Clean driving license and flexibility to cover regions.
Fluency in English and local language(s).

Responsabilités

Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and upgrades on electro-mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products for customers.
Coordinate system installations and hardware delivery.
Maintain a lean install base with high service quality.
Provide on-demand support across national territory and overseas as needed.
Collaborate with Field Service teams to cover gaps and support events.
Maintain administrative records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Mentor junior FSEs when required.
Travel ~60–80% within country and overseas territories.
