Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to provide remote support in France for the customer Mistral. This role includes troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems related to Supermicro equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both on-site and remote support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and manage others. A driving license is required as some roles may involve travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site and remote troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Experience in managing SLA and escalation situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote support for customers mainly in France.
• Resolve complex technical problems related to Supermicro equipment.
• Train new service engineers and provide 2nd line support.
