Job summary

EasySoftGroup in France seeks a Chief Operating Officer to own and scale the LeadGen marketplace, optimise funnel performance and maximise profitability across the model. This is a fully remote C-level role with global travel.

You will manage P&L, build efficient operating processes, lead 50+ staff and partner with marketing, product and finance to drive sustainable growth and investor-aligned metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership (B2C/marketplace/lead gen/e-commerce) as Head/Director/COO.
• Experience building a business from scratch and scaling processes.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L and lead-gen models.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and unit economics of the lead-gen business across verticals and channels.
• Optimize every funnel stage from click to lead and implement end-to-end analytics with the CMO.
• Build relationships with lead suppliers, partners and traffic sources and set payment terms (CPL, Revenue Share).
• Develop budgets and forecasts focused on operating metrics for the lead-gen business.
• Optimize CRM and analytics platforms, automate lead processing and ensure data quality.
• Design lead-gen team structure, establish operating processes, and scale without sacrificing quality or margin.
