Job summary

Retarus is seeking a Working Student for Global Marketing to support the Western Europe team from our Paris office. You will help plan and execute digital campaigns, contribute to lead generation and nurture activities, and assist events and regional initiatives across France, Spain and Italy.

You’ll collaborate with the Munich-based global team, analyze campaign performance, and help optimize regional marketing efforts. French and English fluency are essential for this international role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field or equivalent professional training.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a comparable field, ideally with digital marketing exposure.
• Very good knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools and online marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Native-level French and very good English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Western Europe marketing team from Paris office, focusing on France, Spain and Italy.
• Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing activities.
• Support organization and coordination of marketing events and regional initiatives.
• Create, monitor and analyze social media content and campaign performance across multiple channels.
• Maintain and update regional marketing calendar to ensure smooth campaign coordination.
• Collaborate with global marketing team in Munich to align regional and global activities.
• Contribute to market research, reporting and campaign performance analysis to optimize results.
