Jobgether is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to support U.S. attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This fully remote role requires precise drafting, strong organizational skills, and flawless communication.

You will work with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other stakeholders during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely, accurate handling of client matters and case progression.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of professional experience as a paralegal or attorney.
• Experience with U.S. estate planning and probate law preferred.
• Strong drafting and document preparation capabilities.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools used for legal drafting.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Draft probate petitions, pleadings, notices, and court filings.
• Assist with probate proceedings, trust and estate administration.
• Coordinate information about estate assets and distributions.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and others.
• Prepare correspondence and filing packages; monitor deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital case files and records.
• Coordinate document execution, notarization, and signing procedures.
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate.
