• 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to work across Product, Sales, Support and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers from C-suite to executives and global teams.
• Deliver measurable outcomes and value realization for customers.
• Build Customer Success Plans and run regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Own post-sales activity with strong execution and product expertise.
• Keep up to date on Atlassian products and advise on best-fit features.
• Drive early and sustained adoption and reduce churn by proactive intervention.
